- Receives calls, correspondence, both written and
via telephone, to staff and congregation relative to church
activities
- Custodian of office supplies and equipment,
supervising placement

Deacon Timothy Williams
- Serves communion during 1st Sunday worship
service.
- Visits sick and shut-in to serve communion and
pray.
- Assists Pastor in ministering to the
congregation.

Deaconess' Ministry
|
Sister Mary Williams
- Assists candidates for baptism during baptismal
services.
- Prepares bread, wine, and table for the the
Lord's Supper.
- Maintains communion vessels, baptismal caps,
gowns, candleholders, and candelabras.

Computer Analyst

- Custodian of all computers. Keeps us
updated with all the necessary software.

Director - Christian Education

Sister Geraldine Champion
- Coordinates the educational ministry of the
church and supervises the total program as given by the Pastor for
the edifying of the saints and glorifying of our God.
- Develops the interest of all members in this
growth process.

Sunday School Superintendent

Sister Arnetta Morris
- Coordinates the Sunday School program of the
church.
- Provides teachers for classes and monitors the
progress of each class.

Children's Church Director

Sister Demeta James
- Designed to promote a better understanding of
church of children.
- Children's church is held on the 4th Sunday in
the lower auditorium during the regular worship service.
